The Campaign for Abortion Free Cities exists to directly reduce abortions in our communities by serving women, promoting non-violent resources, reaching out to our neighbors, and changing hearts and minds. The Columbia campaign kicked off in Missouri in January 2024. The team on the ground is excitedly working towards an abortion-free city.

Sadly, the abortion industry is still active in our town as they are actively referring women to neighboring states where abortion is still legal. They are also promoting extremely dangerous and harmful chemical abortion. Together, we can make a difference. Read below for how your local community is being impacted by the abortion industry and how YOU can take action.
An extreme measure could be coming to the 2024 ballot in Missouri. If passed, this potential referendum will add abortion through all nine months of pregnancy for any reason into our state’s constitution. This referendum is EXTREME and does not reflect the values of most Missouri voters. If you decline to sign it will not outlaw abortion…it will simply let our legislators know that we want laws with more responsible health care options.
